Cherry Mullen

Cherry’s multidimensional real estate career began in 1986 and has spanned over 3 decades. She was awarded the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1989, the gold standard for proven expertise in investment analysis and negotiations for commercial real estate professionals. She negotiated long term leases and acquired land parcels for national corporate clients, turned REO (Real Estate Owned) properties into profitable, successful businesses and managed multiple Class A office buildings. Her educational background includes a BS degree from MS College, teaching investment real estate analysis through the Graduate Realtor Institute program designing, staging and furnishing homes, townhomes and condominiums.
Born in Nashville, TN and growing up in Jackson, MS, her southern roots run deep, which always lead south to the Gulf of Mexico and beach getaways. She made Florida her home in 1995 and spent wonderful years living on the quaint, idyllic Highway 30A. In 2018, she and her husband Patrick packed up and moved to Snell Isle so that they could become a part of a friendly community known for its bustling vibrant downtown, music and sporting events, and just minutes from the Gulf beaches and an international airport.
Cherry loves to spend her free time playing tennis, biking and boating. She chairs a foundation that awards scholarships to high school students who embody the spirit of kindness to others, sportsmanship and community service
Chanelle Adamek

Chanelle graduated from the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa in 2013, specializing in business management and marketing. Originally from Boston, Chanelle has spent the last 13 years living in South Tampa. Chanelle fell in love with Tampa Bay the first time she visited in 2010. Being from a major city, she feels that Tampa Bay has always been a hidden gem and that the city is finally getting the credit it so deserves. She considers herself an expert in all things South Tampa, as she is always up to date with all the area’s new happenings.
Chanelle has managed multiple personal rental properties over the past several years and therefore feels she knows what buyers are looking for in today’s real estate market. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Chanelle specialized in customer relationship management and marketing. In her free time, Chanelle and her husband enjoy exploring new cities, taking advantage of all that Tampa Bay has to offer, and caring for their two dogs, Rita and Romy. Chanelle also has a passion for giving back to local charities such as The Humane Society of Tampa Bay and is a mentor with Think Big For Kids.
